| 摘 要： | 培育人民群众良好的公民意识,塑造成熟的社会主义公民,是社会主义现代化各项事业发展的根本保证。分析了我国公民意识薄弱的主要原因,提出从开展公民主体意识、公民权利意识、公民责任义务意识、公民法治意识、公民道德意识的宣传教育入手,加强公民意识的培育,以适应我国现代化发展的需要。

| Abstract: | It＇s the fundamental guarantee for the success of the cause of socialist modernization to foster good citizenship of the people and shape the mature socialist citizen.This paper analyzes the main reasons for weak civic awareness,and proposes to promote the civic consciousness,awareness of civil rights,civic sense of obligation,citizen awareness of law,civic virtue of the publicity and education to start and strengthen the cultivation of civic awareness,to adapt to the development of China＇s modernization needs. |
