| 摘 要： | 根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的精神以及教育部2010年工作要点的要求,积极推进创新创业教育是2010年高校改革的一项重要任务。正是基于上述背景,在分析我国高校经管类人才培养存在问题的基础上,探索了基于创新创业教育理念的我国高校经管类人才的培养模式,以期为我国高校的经管类人才培养改革工作提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | Promoting actively innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important task for universities reform according to the spirits of National Program for Medium-Long Term Reform and Development and the work points of the Ministry of Education in 2010.This paper firstly analyzed the problems about the talents cultivating in Chinese universities based on the above background.Then it explored on the cultivating mode of talents in economics and management specialties based on innovation and entrepreneurship education idea and aimed to provide useful suggestions for talent cultivating. |
