| 摘 要： | 心理资本是由希望、自我效能、乐观和韧性四要素组成的高阶因子,具有状态类特征,可以进行干预、开发和管理以提高组织绩效。创业团队的心理资本也是可以通过干预被开发的。可以通过建立创业团队心理资本干预模型,从环境和技术两个层面进行创业团队心理资本干预策略的开发。
