| 摘 要： | 随着社会分工深化和价值创造体系的再构,各国企业日益嵌入到全球价值链当中。然而,各国由于要素禀赋的差异,只能嵌入全球价值链的不同价值环节进行分工合作。发达国家企业大多数嵌入高附加值的战略价值环节,发展中国家企业大多数嵌入低附加值的劳动密集型价值环节。居于垄断性质的战略价值环节上的发达国家企业实际上主导和控制着整个全球价值链,进而主导着不同价值环节的利益分配。

| Abstract: | With social division deepening and value created system reconstructed,enterprises in all countries are embedding the global value chain deeper.However,for the difference of the factors'endowment in all countries,enterprise in developed countries embed high valued-added part of global value chain,and enterprises in developing countries embed low valued-added ones and labor intensive ones.Monopolising enterprise in developed country in the tactic part of the global value chain domiant and control the global value chain,so dominant value distributing among different part of global value chain. |
