| 摘 要： | 在中国私营企业中,以血缘、亲缘和姻缘为纽带的家族式管理是企业的主要管理模式。这种管理模式的存在有其深厚的社会文化和经济根源,但其弊端也是十分明显的。借鉴国外私营企业家族管理模式演变的经验,实现我国私营企业家族管理模式的创新,是私营企业实现可持续发展的必然选择。

| Abstract: | Blood relation and familial relation are the main models of privately-owned enterprises in China. The models derived from the profound culture tradition and social economic, but the disadvantage of the models is also obvious. It is necessary selection for privately-owned enterprise to achieve sustainable development via the experience of foreign familial enterprise. |
