| 摘 要： | 通过对部分先进职业女性综合素质的问卷调查,显示出其具有较高的综合素质水平,形成了女性素质教育中的亮点.但调查分析也表明她们在心理素质、业务素质、身体素质等方面尚存在一定的问题.

| Abstract: | By means of analysizing the questionnaires on advanced career women's comprehensive quality,it is concluded in this paper that women have high comprehensive quality which becomes the shining point of women's quality education. But some problems still exist in their psychologi-cal quality ,professional quality and physical quality etc. |
