| Abstract: | As an outstanding scholar in Song Dynasty, Su Shi went through many ups and downs in his official
career and was frequently relegated to different places through the country. During his relegation, he not only
enjoyed, improved and made local food and drinks, but also recorded and eulogized them through his works. |
