| 摘 要： | 见诸个人信息的法律问题早已产生，但却是在信息社会被“放大”了的一个问题。伴随着信息社会而来的是个人信息的收集和储存方式的电子化和智能化，在原本强大的政府部门和商业机构面前，身处弱势的个人本已无法实际控制自己的信息，而信息技术在个人信息处理过程中的应用，使得处于不同地域、不同时空和不同部门的个人信息迅速汇集，瞬间拼出一个人的数字人格，“透明人”时代已经到来。在中国，个人信息保护立法这一步必须迈出了。

| Abstract: | The legal issue of personal information has already existed,but the issue is amplified in the information society.With the advent of the information society,electronization and intelligentized methods of collecting and depositing personal information,individual in the weak tendency has been originally unable to control one's own in- formation actually in front of the strong government departments and commercial organizations.However,the ap- plication of the information technology in personal information processing makes personal information that in the different regions,different space-time and different departments gather rapidly and then piece out a person's digital personality in the twinkling of an eye.Times of transparent-people have already come.In China,legislation of personal information protection must begin to launch. |
