产业创新系统效应测度模型研究

产业创新系统效应是指某一产业的创新通过传导和波及到相关产业,进而影响整个产业系统技术创新水平的一种科学现象。产业创新系统效应的形成主要来源于产业间的经济技术关联性,以此为依据,给出了产业技术创新在产业系统当中的三种典型传导路径,进而以产业创新经济效益在产业间的传导份额为主要参数,运用投入产出分析原理,构建了产业创新系统效应测度模型,以期为产业政策制定及整个产业系统技术创新能力的提升,提供理论依据。

The Estimation Model of the Effect of Industries System

The industry innovation system is a part of the national innovation system.The industry innovation systematic effect is the base of a series of the close and primary sources innovation,the sources innovation bring the innovation of other correlative industries by dynamic mechanism of technological transfer and feedback,then,advance the industries' hiberarchy and promote the industries' development.The thesis,combined the Input-Output table of the industry innovation system with Production Function,deduced the relation between the contribution ratio of technological progress and the direct dissipative coefficient,then,educed the direct dissipative coefficient of the Input-Output table of technological progress.Finnally,the author builds the Input-Output model of technological progress of the industry innovation system,makes the quotient of technological innovation among industries.This model provides a quantization analytical gist for modulating the industrial structure and the upgrade of he industrial structure of the region or the country.
