| 摘 要： | 马克思主义人学理论是马克思主义关于人的本质、人的价值、人道主义、人的全面发展问题的科学理论,是从哲学的层面对人所做的深层次思考.高校思想政治教育的对象是大学生,坚持以人为本,把马克思主义人学理论运用于高校思想政治教育中,就是最大限度地调动教育者和被教育者的积极性、主动性和创造性,增强思想政治教育的针对性,提高实效性.
