电子商务时代基于企业价值链的竞争结构

摘    要:随着互联网在全球的发展,电子商务这一创新性的商业模式已开始被企业广泛接受,而同时它也带来了企业价值链和行业竞争结构的变化。本文将以迈克尔.波特的价值链模型和行业竞争模型为基础,通过分析企业价值链的变化来探讨企业所在行业的竞争结构的变化。

Abstract:With the development of internet in the whole globe,electronic commerce,the innovative business mode,has begun to be widely accepted by enterprises,and simultaneously,it also brought about the changes of the value chain of the enterprises and the competitive strength of industry.The article will be based on the value chain mode and business competitive strenth of Michael Potter,and disscus the changes of the competitive strength of industry by analysing the changes of the value chain of the enterprises.
