| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来, 中国国债的总需求效应因发行国债的主要原因有所不同, 总的来说1981 ～1993年的减税国债对总需求的扩张作用要大于1994 ～1999 年的增支国债。当前, 中国国债政策的运用可适当考虑减税国债。

| Abstract: | The aggregate demand effects of national debts are different from each other because of the different motives of issuing national debts. In general, national debts for reducing taxes from 1981 to 1993 had a stronger stimulus to total demands than that for increasing expenses from 1994 to 1999. In China, the national debts for reducing taxes should be taken into consideration in the debt policy application at present. |
