西部大开发对黑龙江经济发展的影响

The Great Western Development (GWD) strategy is implemented under a major adjustment of China's policy for regional economic development.Both good opportunities and taugh challenges to Heilongjiang's economic development are confronted under the implementation of GWD strategy.For taking this historic opportunities,Heilongjiang must deepen state owned enterprises'reform,establish modern enterprise system and make scientific and tech improvement.Favorable incentive policies will benefit the development of private enterprises and their economy without public ownership.For building a major national base site for green food production in Heilongjiang,we must endeavor to develop green food industries and take the advantage of our natural resources.Strengthening economic,trading and tech cooperation with neighbor countries will enlarge our opening dimentions together with the western area's development.
