| 摘 要： | 以 2 0 0 2年深沪两市 (A股 ) 2 5家农业上市公司的年度业绩报告为依据 ,运用财务分析法对农业上市公司的收益力、安定力、活动力、成长力、生产力这五力作了分析。同时结合农业上市公司的行业、地区分布和股权结构 ,指出了农业上市公司发展中存在的诸多问题 ,并提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | With annual performance reports of 25 agricultural c ompanies listed in Stock A of Hushen Stock Markets of 2002 as the data source, the profitability, security, vitality, growth ability, and productivity of the listed companies are analyzed according to finance analytical method. In the light of the stock right structure and the distribution of regions and professions, the existing problems are pointed out and the countermeasures are suggested for the development of listed agricultural companies. |
