区域高校科技物理资源共享的协同创新机制——以湖北省高校为例

为了避免区域高校大型仪器设备和实验室等科技物理资源的浪费和重复建设，提高科技资源的利用率，推动区域高校科技的协同发展，探索区域内各高校主体之间科技物理资源共享的协同创新路径和创新机制具有重要的现实意义。以湖北省为例，分析了目前湖北省高校科技物理资源共享的现状和障碍因素，从共享文化、制度环境、共享服务系统和共享平台管理等方面论述了如何构建湖北省高校科技物理资源共享的协同创新机制。

Collaborative Innovation Mechanism for the. Sharing of Universities and Colleges Physical Resources for Science and Technology： Taking the Case of Hubei Province

To avoid the waste and overlapping construction of the physical resources for science and technology on the part of universities and colleges in the same region and enhance their utilization rate to promote the synergetic development of science and technology, it is of practical significance to study the collaborative innovation mechanism for the sharing of those resources. By taking Hubei Province as an example, the article analyzes the existing problems and obstacles in this field and discusses how to construct a collaborative innovation mechanism for the sharing of those resources in Hubei Province from four aspects： sharing culture, institutional environment, sharing service system and sharing platform management.
