延迟性肌肉酸痛研究进展

摘    要:延迟性肌肉酸痛是指人体进行剧烈运动或新的不习惯运动,特别是离心性运动后一段时间所出现的肌肉酸痛现象.其产生机制归纳为机械损伤及化学损害两种假说.其中细胞内Ca(2+)浓度升高以及磷脂酶A2的激活在其产生过程中起主要作用,治疗延迟性肌肉酸痛关键是寻找强效的磷脂酶A2抑制剂.

Abstract:Delayed Muscle Soreness(DMS)stands for the post - exercise muscular sore appearing in the period of time after a high intensity or an unfamiliar exercise, especially a digressive constriction. Its mechanism be classified into two hypotheses: physical injures and chemical injures. In the whole processes of DOMS the increases of Ca2 concentration in cell and activating of phospholipase. A2 (PLA2 ) play main role. The key to teat DOMS in to look for effective inhibitors of PLA2.
