Warfare is the highest level of violent communicational form,as well as a way of human commu- nication and promoting the progress of human society.The Second World War is an unprecedented communica- tion of human society,during which the anti-fascist forces all over the world set up a cosmopolitan wartime al- liance.A variety of countries which differed in their types,social systems and ideologies had cooperated closely in order to defeat fascism.The technological development and scrambling for talented persons shows a phe- nomenon of human cultural communication,and the Third Technological Revolution brought about by the War makes a revolutionary change of the world and human society in short time.As one ofthe objective aftereffect of the War,the world becomes a universal unity more and more than ever,and the human communication enters a global era.The extreme cruelty of warfare also alarms next generations,it is by avoiding wars and preserving peace and development that the right way of human communication is guaranteed.
