| 摘 要： | 农民职业技能素质已成为制约农民充分就业和增收的关键因素。青岛市政府虽高度重视对农民的职业技能教育，并探索了形式多样的职业技能教育模式，但仍存在许多问题。农民职业技能培训是一项综合性工作，除培训供给者——政府适应市场变化的需要，加大资金投入力度，整合培训资源，加强法制建设，满足农民多元化的需求外，更多的是需要农民工自身的发展动力。

| Abstract: | The quality of Qingdao farmers' job skill has become a key factor that restricts the full employment and the increase of their income.Though Qingdao Municipal Government highly values farmers' job skill training,and has also explored vocational skill training modes in various forms,there still exist a lot of problems.Farmers' job skill training is a comprehensive work.The training provider-government should adjust itself to market changes,improving capital input,integrating training resource,taking more efforts to establish rule by law,and meeting farmers' multineeds.Aside from that,farmers themselves should work hard to develop. |
