| 摘 要： | 针对目前高校图书招标采购中普遍存在的问题,提出了应用多目标综合评价评标,用德尔菲法由专家确定图书招标采购的多目标综合评价指标体系,使评价指标定量更为科学、准确,较好的实现了高校图书招标采购目标。

| Abstract: | Comprehensive applicable multiple-objective evaluation criterion is proposed,according to the general problems in open tender and procurement in university libraries.By adopting the Delphi method,in which the multiple-objective assessment target system is determined by experts,the quantitative assessment target becomes more scientific and accurate so as to realize the objective of open tender and procurement in university libraries. |
