唐代开放与兴盛的当代思考

唐代是中国历史上的盛世之一,也是中国古代最为开放的一个时代。开放与兴盛是唐代留给世人最为深刻的印象,也是唐史研究领域一个历久弥新的重要课题。为了进一步深入探讨这一问题,中国唐史学会与河北学刊杂志社联合组织了这组专题讨论。通过回视唐代的开放与兴盛,可以发现,唐代的开放首先源于开放的大民族的观念,唐时已经不隔华夷,这种初步形成的"华夷一家"观念,不仅超越了前人,对后世的华夷观也产生了深远影响。其次,唐代的对外开放是多方位的。在丝绸之路上流动着的不仅是物质资料,还有丰厚的文化资源。唐代对外文化开放具有"大出大进"的特点,也就是说,既广泛影响到周边国家和地区,又兼容并蓄、不拘一格地吸收外来文化。第三,唐代通过强大的经济实力、册封制度和羁縻府州制度,营造了一个和谐的民族关系与相对平稳的外部环境,从而为开放和兴盛提供了政治保障。相反,当国内发生像"安史之乱"这样大的社会动荡,或晚唐政治极端腐败之时,唐代的开放则处于停滞的状态。从今天看来,唐代的开放有许多可资借鉴的东西,留给后人许多重要的启示,尤其是唐代对外开放中的许多特点和经验,值得我们今天进行深入审思,从历史得到的经验是,只有全面而持久的开放,才是国家繁荣和民族发展的正确道路。

The Tang dynasty is one of the prosperous dynasties,an opening dynasty to the outside world.Opening up and prosperity are impressed much.In order to explore this,China's Association of the Tang History and Hebei Academic Journal joint hands in holding this discussion.First,the opening up in the Tang dynasty originates from the idea of the great nationality.Second,this opening up is multi-oriented.On Silk Road are not only the materials but also rich resources of culture,affecting the surrounding regions and absorbing foreign cultures.Third,the powerful economy and system make a harmonious relationship with other nationalities and outer stable environment,thus providing political guarantee.In the late Tang dynasty the opening up stops because of corruption.Today,we can absorb something good from the opening up,especially some characteristics and experiences.Historically,the whole and ever-lasting opening up is the right road to the national prosperity and development.
