| 摘 要： | 理工高校文科学报质量不仅关乎学报自身的生存和发展,而且也关系到社会科学学术产品的生产与传播。在发展文化产业的背景下,文科学报必须更加坚守学报的学术品味和促进学术质量的不断提升。要想办好理工高校的文科学报并获得可持续发展,应该转变办刊理念,依托学校学科优势,保持和创新特色栏目,以创办精品学报为目标,努力培养稳定的作者群,严格审稿程序,确保稿件质量。同时,也要不断提高编辑队伍的综合素质,坚持编辑主体创新和编辑手段的创新。
