| 摘 要： | 康熙初年始，广西逐渐采取按额销引，推行户口食盐等制度，改变了明代以来“官无考成，民无额数”的食盐销售状况，建立起了具有地域特色的运销制度。而在其运转的过程中，出现了诸多不便，在官、商、民的利益冲突下，王朝政府不得不适时采取灵活的措施来应对，以加强对盐课的征收及地方社会的控制。
