| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的快速发展，现代远程教育已广泛应用于我国高等教育和其他领域。为了有效地发挥现代远程教育和普通高等学校优势与教育资源，必须在学习与借鉴国外发达国家或地区发展终身教育体系成功经验的基础上，探讨构建符合我国运行机制的终身教育体系。
