| 摘 要： | 近两年,房地产投资信托在我国得到了迅猛发展。这是一种新型的房地产融资方式,高收益与高风险并存。鉴于我国信托业并不是十分发达,现有的信托法律也不能满足现实中房地产投资信托大规模发展的要求,所以本文就我国房地产投资信托的若干法律问题进行研究,希望能对当前该新型信托业务的发展有所助益。

| Abstract: | Recently Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) has made a rapid development in China. It is a new kind of financing method on real estate containing high income and high venture at the same time.the affiance in China,however,is still a new industry,and the existing laws can not meet the need of the large-scale development of REIT.Hence,this paper treats some legal problems about REIT in China,hoping to do good to the development of this new type affiance operation. |
