| 摘 要： | 以日本和欧洲发达国家为例，阐述人口老龄化对国际移民政策的影响。人口老龄化不仅带来劳动力的短缺，还带来老年护理需求的增加。中国的老龄化速度很快，政府应该提前考虑移民的相关问题，并加强对国际移民问题的研究。

| Abstract: | Taking Japan and European developed countries as examples,the paper expounds the impact of population aging on international migration policy.It also points out population aging may not only lead to the shortage of workforce but also result in increasing demand for geriatric nursing.As the aging speeds up in China,the government should take into account such relating issue as e/immigration in advance,and make a careful research review on the international migration. |
