| 摘 要： | 从学校工作实际出发，分析阐述了当前加强和促进党风廉政建设，必须从打牢思想基础、突出对权力的制约、注重制度建设、发展民主、重视高校纪检监察队伍建设等方面强化监督，提出监督对健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系的重要性。

| Abstract: | According to university working practice, it is analyzed and expounded that supervision should be reinforced from the following aspects such as consolidating the foundation of thought, emphasizing the limitation to the power, paying attention to the system construction and the democracy development, and attaching the importance to the establishment of the discipline supervision teams in order to improve the construction of party conduct and incorruption administration in higher institutions. And then it is presented that supervision is very important to perfect the system of corruption punishment and precaution through education, regulation and supervision together. |
