论单纯以收入增长作为发展目标的片面性

单纯以收入增长作为发展目标具有片面性:一是不能从本质上完全体现中国发展的真实价值。中国社会发展的真实价值目标应当是人本身。二是不利于政府职能的转变。单纯以收入增长作为发展目标,往往导致政府权利对民众权利的替代。三是无助于民众对自身发展责任的承担,容易忽视人民在发展中的自主性、责任心。四是可能导致贫富之间的分化、隔阂。可能会掩盖这样一种倾向,社会中的一部分人为了自己的收入增长而不惜损害另一部分人的利益,形成比较严重的贫富差别甚至两极分化。五是可能导致为急功近利的经济增长不顾收入增长背后的环境效益、生态效益。总之,单纯以收入增长作为发展目标具有片面性。

On the Onesideness of the Income Increasing as the Developing Target

It can not completely reflect the internal value of china's development if we simply take income increasing as our destination. Also, the target itself is helpless to the transition of governmental function, and helpless to the raising up of public's sense of responsibility. What's more, it might lead to an insurmountable gap between the rich and the poor. So my opinion is we should correct out developing target and make it more reasonable.
