| 摘 要： | 随着国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划的推进，师资队伍建设中存在的问题更清晰、任务也更艰巨。本文分析了当前高职师资队伍建设现状，吸取国内外高职院校师资队伍建设的先进管理经验，提出优化师资队伍内涵建设策略，对推动我国高职教育事业具有重要意义。
