中美高等教育差异与高等教育产业化

美国高等教育是全世界公认的优势产业。通过对中美高等教育思想和教育管理体制的差异进行比较 ,指出在我国更多的是重视学生的社会功用 ,而美国的总体教育思想体现的是“以人为本” ,因此使得美国的高等教育体制充满了以个人为源头的不倦活力。借鉴其经验和做法 ,我国高等教育产业化应当首先树立“以学生为中心”的观念 ,尊重学生的消费主体地位 ,以全面提高学生的综合素质为目标 ,来深入改进或重新构筑教学、管理和后勤服务等相关体系 ,以使我国的高等教育尽快实现产业化

On the industrialization of higher education basedon the comparison between China and USA

Based on the comparison of educational thoughts and management systems between China and USA,the main difference is presented:China pays more concerns on the social function of the students but USA takes students as well as faculty as the number one importance To speed up the industrialization of our higher education,their sucessful experiences should be used for reference,First of all,"student centered"sense should be adopted and prevailed,the student on campus should be fully respected and the students should be treated as customers.At the same time,the teaching,management and related service departments need to be reconstructed or reformed to meet the need of "popular higher education",which is aimed to foster every student not only with special skills and knowledge,but also, and more important, the full development of personality.
