| 摘 要： | 通过对中国农村剩余劳动力转移障碍的分析,从另一个角度论证了目前内需难以扩大的深层次制度原因.指出惟有从根本上去除当前抑制农村剩余劳动力向现代部门转移的各种因素,才能加速中国的城市化进程,提高农民收入,消除二元经济结构,使扩大内需的政策发挥出更大的作用.

| Abstract: | Abstract:By analying the factors which hinder the shift of Chinese surplus rural labour forces, this paper expounds and proves fromanother angle the structural reasons why the current domestic demand is difficult to increase. Also, it points out that only when allkinds of factors which restrain surplus rural labour forces from shifting to modem industrial sectors has been removed, can the processof Chinese urbanization be accelerated and peasants'incomce be increased. As a result, the policy of increasing domestic demand will play a greater role. |
