| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展和市场竞争的加剧,电信运营商转型发展成为必然选择,而智慧城市建设则为电信运营商提供了新的发展机遇。基于电信运营商视角,分析了运营商参与智慧城市建设的动因,探讨了智慧城市建设的发展策略。
