| 摘 要： | 该文基于对大国概念再定义,验证了大国崛起的国际政治社会学分析。通过考察俄国崛起的史实,证实了大国崛起是物质性成长与社会性成长相统一的观点。但是,对大国崛起的合秩序性成长提出了质疑。

| Abstract: | This paper redefined the concept of the great power in international society,then confirmed that the rise of great powers is not only material development but social development,based on the case of the rise of Russia. However,the rise of Russia is not by the policy of maintaining the status quo or balance of power policy,but rather by alliance policy and war aimed to break the international order of the Baltic Sea region. |
