| 摘 要： | 通过对清代贵州大定府铅铜矿产的考察,其由盛转衰的原因主要是流民问题,粮价问题、私采滥采、贪污等。面对这些问题,清政府往往表现出惊慌失措。在形势变化的情况下,矿业政策也频繁改变,经常采取旋开旋闭的措施,政策的摇摆不定严重影响了大定府的矿业开发。咸丰年间发生的贵州苗民起义对大定府的矿产开发是一个重大转折点,之后呈衰败之势,直到清亡再也没有复兴。

| Abstract: | According to the investigation of the copper and lead in Dading prefecture in Guizhou Province during the Qing Dynasty,the paper lies in studying reasons for its decline from prosperity,which mainly includes the unstable policy,the problem of vagrants,the private and disordered mining,the high price of rice,corruption and so on.
