思想政治工作进社团的探索与实践

以山西农业大学首届大学生国旗护卫班为例,从共青团支部进社团、思想文化教育进社团、个性化教育进社团、主体性教育进社团等四个方面,深入探讨了思想政治工作进社团的组织建设、制度建设和业务建设等问题;从教育内容的针对性、指导教师责任的双重性、社团负责人素质的综合性、高校社团政策的宽松性等个四个方面,全面阐述了推进思想政治工作进社团的必要条件,同时也以实例证明了思想政治工作进社团的现实性、可行性和实效性。

Explosion and Practice on Ideological and Political Work in Mass Organization

From the case of the first national flag team of Shanxi Agricultural University,this paper deeply explored the problems organization building, system development and work arrangement of ideological work in many organizations, and overally expounded the necessary conditions for ideological work in these mass organizaitions. At the same time, it was also demonstrated that it was practical,workable and effective for ideological work entering these mass organizations.
