现浇箱梁钢筋骨架整体吊装施工技术

摘    要:下承式移动模架现浇箱梁施工工序为流水作业,每孔梁的施工周期约为15d.为了缩短工期,从优化施工工艺的角度展开研究,提出箱梁钢筋骨架整体吊装施工技术.该技术实现子钢筋骨架安装与其他工序同步作业,可缩短3d左右工期,是对移动模架现浇梁施工方法的补充,可从根本上提高作业效率.

Abstract:For mobile mould frameworks through a bridge, the cast-in-place box girder construction process is line production, and operational cycle time of every girder is about 15 days. From the point of optimizing the construction technique to cut down the construction time, the technologies of box girder steel framework integral lifting technology was pointed out, which realized reinforced bar framework installation at the same time with other synchro working procedure, and the time was shorten 3 days or so. The technology is a good complementarity to the cast-in-place construction method of mobile framework, and can raise the efficiency of construction.
