| Abstract: | This paper, on the basis of brief introduction about the development history of China indemnificatory housing and related policies, combining with Bengbu ＂Xiyingmen＂ residential estateg design practice, discusses the planning and design idea and methods of promoting indemnificatory housing residential environment quality, in order to create a safe and comfortable living environment really with function of social security. |
