浅析元认知策略在高职学生英语学习中的作用

摘    要:学习策略的选择和培养在英语学习过程中非常重要,学习策略分为元认知策略、认知策略和社会情感策略三类,其中元认知策略的作用在整个系统中处于主导地位。本文简要介绍了三类学习策略的作用,并就高职学生如何掌握学习策略提出了一些建议。

Abstract:The choice and training of learning strategies is very important in the process of English learning. Learning strategies can be divided into three types: meta-cognitive strategy, cognitive strategy and social affective strategy, among them the meta-cognitive strategy is in a dominant position in the whole system. This paper briefly introduces the three types of learning strategies, and proposes some suggestions on how vocational students to master learning strategies.
