Study on the Pathway and Mechanism of Promoting Teaching Ability of Artistic Design Teachers in Local Institutions of Higher Learning

The asymmetric problem still exists between social needs and the local university art talent training, and local colleges and universities should take corresponding measures and corresponding reform mechanism to improve the teaching level of artistic design teachers. In lacquer painting teaching of institutions of higher learning, it should combine the lacquer painting teaching with the market of decorative painting with heavy demand, which is not only beneficial to enhance the teaching ability of art design teachers, but also beneficial to improve professional ability and employment rate of artistic design majors, employment, and can promote the deelopment of local economy as well.
