| 摘 要： | 法理学研究的一个重要内容就是道德与法律的关系问题,同时道德与法律的结合也是伦理学所关注的重要问题.针对道德与法律结合这一问题,中西方所关注的角度不同,从而形成了不同的结论.本文对中国古代道德与法律相结合思想以及西方道德与法律相结合思想进行了对比阐述.

| Abstract: | An important content of jurisprudence research is the relationship between moral and law, and meanwhile the combination of moral and law is the important issue that ethics concerns. By responding to the combination of morality and law, China and the West have different angles of attention, thus have formed the different conclusions. This paper makes contrast between the thought of combination of Chinese ancient morality and law and the thought of combination of Western moral and law. |
