| Abstract: | This paper, according to the actual situation of senior skilled software technology talent demand, combined with the present situation that institutions of higher learning cultivate this kind of talents, explores the training strategies of senior skilled software technology professionals from the aspects of the innovation of personnel training mode, teaching staff construction, curriculum and teaching resources storehouse construction, teaching methods reform, practical teaching reform, teaching management reform. |
