摘    要:人才培养方案是学校办学理念的具体体现,是培养人才的纲领性、规范性文件,也是各专业安排教学任务和实施教学过程的依据.食品工业是生命工业,在国民经济中具有十分重要的地位和作用,食品工业的快速发展需要大量专业基础知识扎实、专业技能过硬的食品工程技术人才.食品科学与工程专业人才培养方案的构建,为更好地体现“双师”应用型人才的培养特色,强化实践性、创新性和社会服务能力上提供了保证.

Abstract:Personnel cultivating program is the embodiment of the school - running philosophy, is the programmatic normative documents of cultivating talents, and also is basis for each major to arrange teaching tasks and implement teaching process. The food industry is the life industry, has a very important position and role in the national economy, and the rapid development of the food industry needs a large number of talents of food engineering technology, with solid - foundation professional knowledge and strong professional skills. The construction of personnel cultivating program of food science and engineering major, provides the guarantee for better reflecting the characteristics of "double qualified teacher" applied talent cultivation, strengthening practicalness, innovation and social service.
