| Abstract: | At present, curriculum construction of employment guidance for college students in institutions of higher learning should transform from stage teaching into the whole-process em- ployment guidance system, from traditional static teaching model into autonomous, interactive guidance mode, from part-time teaching staff into professional teaching staff full-time combining with part-time. |
