| 摘 要： | 多元文化背景已经成为当前社会转型的一个重要特点,多元文化不仅对整个社会产生积极影响,而且也有消极因素,尤其对当代大学生的心理健康带来的影响更为深刻。本文从多元文化的特点入手,分析了多元文化背景下高校思想政治教育面临的困境,探讨了解决这些困境的具体对策,提出高校务必在观念、内容、方法和队伍等方面不断创新高校思想政治教育。

| Abstract: | The multicultural background has become an important feature of the current social transformation, multi - culture has not only positive impact on the whole society, but also nega- tive factors, especially the impact on the psychological health of college students is more profound. This paper, starting from the characteristics of diverse cultures, analyzes the dilemma that university ideological and political education under the background of multi - culture is facing, and probes into the concrete measures to solve these problems, puts forward that institutions of higher learning must constantly innovate ideological and political education in the idea, content, method, and teaching staff. |
