试论高校师资队伍管理中激励体系的构建

摘    要:高校师资队伍管理中的激励体系应当具备一定的权变性,针对高校中的精英教师应当采用搭台扶持的激励策略,针对大众师资,应当多给予培训、进修、学习的机会,将其作为激励的关键条件。文章探讨了激励体系在高校师资队伍管理中的作用,分析了当前高校师资队伍管理中存在的不足,提出高校应当构建经济激励体系、精神激励体系以及成就激励体系等,从而有效满足高校教师各方面的需求,推动高校师资队伍健康、持续地发展。

Abstract:The incentive system in management of teachers in Colleges and universities should have contingency: for the elite in the teachers it should adopt incentive strategy and support, for the mass of teachers it should give more training, further education, and learning opportuni- ties, taking it as the key condition of incentive. The article discusses the role of incentive sys- tem in the management of college teachers, analyzes the deficiency existing in the management of teachers, puts forward that economic incentive system, spiritual incentive system and a- chievement incentive system should be constructed, so as to effectively meet the various needs of university teachers and promote the healthy and sustainable development of teaching staff in institutions of higher learning.
