| 摘 要： | 任何社会现象的发生都是有其原因的,问题研究需要揭示和解释社会现象的产生、发展和变化的原因。认清诱发地方高校突发事件产生的因素,是正确预防和应对地方高校突发事件的重要先决条件。本文运用马克思主义哲学唯物辩证法关于事物发展动因的基本观点,在高校管理失衡的视野下,对引起地方高校突发事件的内部诱因进行研究和探讨。

| Abstract: | Any social phenomenon happens for a reason, and research of problem needs reveal and explain the reasons of appearance, development and change of social phenomena. To recognize the factors inducing local university emergencies is the prerequisite to correctly prevent and deal with the emergencies in local colleges and universities. This paper, using the basic viewpoint about development motivation of things of dialectical materialism of Marx＇s philosophy, from the perspective of university management imbalance, studies and explores the inter- nal incentives causing local university emergencies. |
