| 摘 要： | 隐私权是人格权的一种新类型 ,在我国 ,民法基本法没有规定隐私权。鉴此 ,本文考察了隐私权的形成及发展趋势 ,分析了我国隐私权的法律保护现状及其缺陷 ,并对如何完善我国隐私权的立法提出了一点建议。

| Abstract: | The privacy rights is a kind of the rights of personality. There is no explicit legal protection for the privacy rights in China. For this reason, the author explores the development of privacy rights, legal protection of privacy rights, imperfections in legal protection of privacy rights in China, and puts forth some suggestions for reinforcing the legislation to protect the privacy rights in China. |
