| 摘 要： | 公诉的价值目标是国家与社会通过公诉活动所追求的结果。公诉的价值目标主要表现在三个方面:一是实现法律正义,这是公诉的外在价值;二是体现程序公正,这是公诉的内在价值;三是注意诉讼效益,这是公诉的公诉价值。

| Abstract: | What the value of public prosecution aims at is the very result that government and society desire through the activities of public prosecution.It is manifested in the following three ways:firstly,to realize legal justice,which is the external value of public prosecution;secondly,to reflect procedural justice,which is the internal value of public prosecution;and thirdly,to look after the results of prosecution,which is the value of public prosecution. |
