| 摘 要： | 自由贸易与环境保护关系复杂。贸易主义者认为自由贸易是推动经济增长、解决环境问题最好的方式,环境主义者认为自由贸易削弱环境保护、加剧环境破坏。两者的冲突是制度的冲突和理念的冲突,应该对自由贸易与环境保护的规则予以整合,在新型的模式下推动两者的和谐。

| Abstract: | There exists a complex relationship between free trade and environmental protection.Followers of trade liberalism claim that free trade is good for the growth of economy and the resolution of environmental problems while environmentalists insist that free trade would weaken environmental protection and be harmful to the environment.The author of this article argues that the conflict is the result of rule and concept conflict caused by man himself and believes that it is necessary to harmonize the rules of free trade and environmental protection. |
