| 摘 要： | 本文首次将领导者的“德”划分为政治品德、道德品德和领导品德三方面,并重点讨论了领导品德,指出:领导品德是领导者必须具有而非领导者不一定必须具有的品德,主要包括无私忘我、恢宏大度、以礼待人和同甘共苦等四个范畴。

| Abstract: | For the first time this paper classifies the qualities of leaders into three aspects, that is the political quality, the moral quality and the leading quality. Of them the paper centers about the last one mostly and points out that it is the leading quality that nobody but a qualified leader must be blessed with. The quality takes in four categories like being selfishless and generous, treating others with due respect, being magnanimous and tolerant, and sharing joys and hard ships with people. |
