| 摘 要： | 官箴是中国传统文化的一部分,是一种为官之道。论文论述了官箴的形成、官箴的核心价值及道德操守以及官箴的不足,认为官箴精华与糟粕并存,其积极部分,如“敬畏忠”的核心价值,“清慎勤”的道德操守,对当前行政文化建设仍有正面意义。

| Abstract: | Official admonitions are one part of traditional Chinese culture,and are a principle of officials. The article elaborated the formation, core value, moral integrity and the disadvantages of official admonitions, and believed that there eoexisted both essence and dross. Its positive part,such as the core value of ＂awe of loyalty＂ and the moral integrity of ＂purity, caution, and diligence＂ are still of positive signifieanee on present administrative culture construction. |
